Congratulations to the new Miss Continental 2017 Shantell D’Marco. D’Marco ascended to the crown Monday, Sept. 4, at the Vic Theatre. She joins the new Mr. Continental 2018 Ramon Ventura, chosen Saturday, Sept. 2, at the Park West.
