The Legacy Project will celebrate Phase 6 Dedication of Chicago’s Award-Winning Legacy Walk Outdoor LGBT History Museum on Sunday, Oct. 15, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Sidetrack,

This year The Legacy Project will be adding a bronze memorial commemorating The Harlem Renaissance. the cultural watershed which established one of the first urban LGBTQ communities in the United States.

The moving public ceremonial reveal will start at 2 p.m. at 3247 N. Halsted followed at 3 p. m. by a “Dedication Celebration” party at Sidetrack emceed by NBC Chicago’s Wayne Johnson (“Wayne’s Weekend”) and starring incredible jazz chanteuse and recording artist TOVI KHALI. There will be raffle prizes, a silent auction, and entertainment, with a Bar Sponsored by Stoli, and Catering by J&L. $50 per person. The afternoon will be brought to you by Levi Strauss & Co., Stoli Group USA, Walgreens, Sidetrack, J & L Catering, Millercoors, and Ccenter on Halsted.
