“Vibrators and Vino: A Feminist Evening with Vibrator Nation” will take place Tuesday, Dec. 12, 7 p.m., at Early to Bed, 5044 N. Clark St.
The reading/discussion will center around Lynn Comella’s book Vibrator Nation: How Feminist Sex-Toy Stores Changed the Business of Pleasure. In Vibrator Nation, Comella tells the history of how sex-toy stores raised sexual consciousness, redefined the adult industry and changed women’s lives.
