The #NeverAgainChicago town hall—in which attendees will openly discuss the call to action taking place across the nation by students and allies to end gun violence—will take place at Victory Gardens Theater, 2433 N. Lincoln Ave., on Sunday, April 15, at 6 p.m.
In response to that call and the National School Walkout on April 20, people are urged to attend for an excerpt of Lauren Gunderson’s new play Natural Shocks as well as a civic dialogue with local students and teachers.
This event is free and open to the public; visit victorygardens.org/also-playing/neveragainchicago/ to RSVP. Also, HowlRound Theatre Commons will livestream the event at HowlRound.tv.
