Peach Party’s Elements series launch, “Air,” was packed to capacity on the night of April 28.

Although primarily geared toward queer women, with bartenders pouring Tito’s Vodka—$5 from every drink went to Howard Brown—and people of all genders mingling and dancing, the sixth floor of the Ace Hotel turned into a fun, fluid environment for all.

Air was the first in Peach’s series of element parties, and perhaps predictably, the space was strewn with balloons—including a whole room filled with pink balloons, which made for a great intimate space. There was also access to Ace’s sixth-floor balcony, and a very busy dance floor that DJ Rae Chardonnay commanded.

Since this was the official afterparty for Howard Brown’s ChiQ event, the crowdsize exploded after 11. A majority of the crowd followed Peaches’ color theme suggestion of white, and thus the multicolored lights played nicely on them as they danced.

Peach’s next element party is “Water,” on Saturday, June 30, at the Whiskey Business rooftop, 12-4 p.m. For more info about Peach Events, check out ThePeachParty.com.
