Newly elected Chicago Ald. Maria Hadden wed partner Natalia Vera on March 18.
Hadden told Windy City Times that the ceremony took place “on our eighth anniversary in a private ceremony. We are so excited to start this new part of our journey together and to make many new memories as a married couple.”
The couple will honeymoon in Cartagena before Hadden takes office in May.
