Continuing a yearlong series involving various neighborhoods taking over 360 Chicago—the 94th floor of the onetime John Hancock building—representatives from Pilsen held an event Oct. 3.
There were samples, performances and appearances by Instituto Grafico de Chicago, Los Alebrijes, Latin Jazz Ensemble, the National Museum of Mexican Art, Taqueria Sabor y Sazon, Los Comales, Bodega 18 and Pilsen Outpost.
The featured cocktail was the El Espirito de Pilsen, designed exclusively for 360 CHICAGO by KOVAL, at the observation deck’s BAR 94. All October long, profits from sales of the cocktail go to Pilsen’s National Museum of Mexican Art.
