Organizers of the North Coast Music Festival announced that the event will tentatively take place Sept. 3-5 at a new venue: SeatGeek Stadium, in the Chicago suburb of Bridgeview.

A press that Windy City Times received stated, in part, “It’s been hard but there’s light at the end of the tunnel so we’re optimistically announcing 2021. We hope you’ll join us in this positive outlook so we can celebrate our 11th North Coast on Labor Day Weekend. Our #1 priority is the safety of our patrons, artists and staff so we will be following all guidelines passed down to us by local authorities and health experts.”

The festival—which primarily features electronica, hip-hop and rock acts—had previously taken place in such Chicago spots as Union Park and Huntington Bank Pavilion.

Some of the acts slated to perform include Kaskade, Griz, Zeds Dead, Diesel (aka Shaquille O’Neal), Walker & Royce, Louis The Child, Lucii and Champagne Drip.
