Roman Buenrostro, a past AIDS Foundation Chicago (AFC) Director of Special Projects, passed away on March 25, 2021. He was a longtime LGBTQ+ leader, an activist for people living with HIV and a co-founder of the Association of Latina/o/x Motivating Action (ALMA).
