Peacock announced that the concert event Miley Cyrus Presents Stand by You will stream Friday, June 25 in celebration of Pride Month.
The hour-long concert event, filmed in Nashville, will feature multi-platinum recording artist, songwriter and trailblazer Miley Cyrus (herself a member of the LGBTQ+ community) performing her hits such as “The Climb” and “Party in the U.S.A.” and putting her creative spin on classics, including “Believe,” “True Colors,” “We Belong” and “Dancing Queen,” as well as a special Madonna medley featuring “Music,” “Express Yourself” and “Like a Prayer.”
The event will feature special guests, award-winning artists and LGBTQA acts Brothers Osborne, Mickey Guyton, Little Big Town, Maren Morris and Orville Peck; they will join Cyrus for several performances.
Cyrus has six number-one albums, including her 2013 Grammy-nominated album Bangerz, which is also certified triple platinum in the United States. In November 2020, Miley dropped her most recent studio album, Plastic Hearts.
