Andrew Hayes, founder and producer of OUT of the Office, rebounded with a fabulous 20th anniversary event after a two-year COVID-19-imposed hiatus. The June 1 celebration, at The Godfrey Hotel in River North, attracted more than 200 people for networking and socializing.

CBS-2’s Brad Edwards was MC, and the event benefited The Legacy Project. The program was dedicated to the late broadcast legend Merri Dee, who was an early supporter of Out of the Office, when it had trouble finding a venue for the cause.
