The Chicago Fire soccer team’s Pride Night will take place, fittingly, during Pride Month—specifically on Wed., June 25, at 7:30 p.m. against the Philadelphia Union at Soldier Field.

There will be a foldable fan giveaway for the first 5,000 attendees.  Past Pride Nights have featured Pride tailgates, dance performances and the Chicago Gay Men’s Chorus singing the national anthem.

Other of the Fire’s themed nights this season include 2000s Night (April 19; bucket hat giveaway), Military Appreciation Night (May 3; foam flag giveaway), Family Day (May 10; Sparky plush giveaway), Chicago Celebration (June 14; retro soccer jersey giveaway) and Harry Potter Night (Aug. 9; pennant giveaway). The latter may cause controversy with some in the queer community, given Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling’s outspoken positions regarding her anti-trans stance.

Tickets for Pride Night can be purchased here.
