Start your holiday shopping off right and support Gay Games VII at the same time. Sawbridge Studios, home to handcrafted furniture and home accessories, is hosting a holiday shopping kickoff event at their 153 West Ohio location Wednesday, Dec. 1, 5-8 p.m. Join the raffle and become eligible to win a handblown crystal bowl by Simon Pearce of Vermont, as well as other prizes. Hors’ doeuvres will be provided by Greg Christian Catering. Wine and beer are also included as part of the $30 suggested donation. Fifteen percent of all sales proceeds, as well as the $30 admission, will benefit Chicago Games, Inc..
