The 10th annual Family Pride Coalition Family Week event for LGBT parents and their families is July 30-Aug. 5 in Provincetown, Mass. Family Week activities will include workshops and social activities for parents and their children, and social and educational programming coordinated by COLAGE (Children of Lesbians and Gays Everywhere) for youth nine years and older. Some of the adventures include educational workshops, beach parties, a family parade and a family dance. This year, Family Week participants will also have several opportunities to meet Jennifer Chrisler, Family Pride’s new executive director. See www.familypride.org.
