Maybe I’m dreaming when I’m writing this (and maybe you’re snoring) but Prince Nation’s 10th anniversary at Berlin was purplicious. I had a lovely sit-down with Jim, one of the owners, who instilled me with a great sense of hope. Maybe I’ll find my waiter in London (or was it Paris?) someday.
Try as I did to get good pictures at Chuck Renslow’s White Party, I wasn’t too happy with the turnout. Florence just can’t handle getting good pictures of people dressed in white. And at the White Party, was choice did I have? Pictorial quality notwithstanding, it was a lovely affair. Brian-Mark had about 10 times as much clothes on this year as last. Here’s hoping for a swing back in the other direction for 2006.
David and graysong apparently had a blast (no more cutesy rodeo jokes, please!!!) at Windy City Rodeo, and the corresponding Fahootched bar crawl. See for your darling self.
Mel was also no slouch at Girlesque Burlesque. I knew I could just sit back and await a hot cover shot from that event.
Please, if you have a heart, consult page 11. Creaoke has given a few suggestions as to charities to aid the victims of this past week’s horrendous tragedy in Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi. Each one of us has thrived in the past as a result of a generosity. Now it is time to give back. Give.
