The annual Windy City Times 30 Under 30 Awards ceremony was held June 21 at Ann Sather’s on Belmont. All but two of the honorees were able to make the event, and many brought fans, parents, family, and partners. The awards are co-sponsored by AIDS Foundation of Chicago, Chicago House, Howard Brown Health Center and Lesbian Community Cancer Project. WCMG’s Andrew Davis and Amy Matheny were the co-hosts. Jim Verraros was a Top 10 finisher in American Idol’s first season and was a 30 Under 30 for 2006. He’s pictured here with his partner Billy and Windy City Radio host Amy Matheny. Peter Mavrik and family.
