Ralph J. Weil, retired director of museum sales for the Art Institute of Chicago, passed away July 28. He was 88.
Weil was born in Belleville, Ill. He later attended cathedral school in the same city and, ultimately, the University of Chicago.
Weil was the beloved partner for 50 years to the late Anselmo ‘Sam’ Carini and was the cherished friend of Wasco and Mayme Rogula as well as Alexandria and Joseph Accardi.
