The National Lesbian & Gay Journalists Association (NLGJA) 2006 Excellence in Journalism Awards and Hall of Fame Ceremony will take place Nov. 8 at the Palmer House Hilton, 17 E. Monroe. The cocktail reception is set for 6:30 p.m. while the dinner and awards presentations will start at 7:30 p.m.
