CHICAGO— Chicago-based web series KAM KARDASHIAN world premieres season 2 the week of March 25, 2013.
KAM KARDASHIAN is about about the fictional long-lost lesbian sister of a very famous family. Every epsiode of Season 2 will have an exclusive 2-day release on One More Lesbian (www.onemorelesbian.com), the world’s largest online curator of lesbian film, television and video content. New episodes will release on Monday every two weeks, with minisodes in between each full-length episode release.
KAM KARDASHIAN is directed and edited by Ryan Logan and is produced by and stars Fawzia Mirza as Kam. The web series was named Indiewire’s first ‘Project of the Week’ of 2013.
Episode 1 opens with Kam kidnapped by representatives from an international gay organization (GLAWD) that wants to reform her image. The episode features comedians and actors Beth Stelling (Conan, L.A. Weekly’s “Comedy Acts to Watch in 2013”), Mary Hollis Inboden (BOSS, 5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche) and Joel Kim Booster (2012 Winner Zanie’s Queer Comedy).
