Hundreds of thousands lined the route and spirits were high in the wake of the fall of DOMA and Prop 8. More contingents than years past, following a new and improved parade route, including a large contingent of elected officials sporting shirts with the motto, “I’m a yes for marriage equality.” Many well-attended annual Pride events completed the very busy weekend.
