A benefit performance of Black Ensemble Theatre’s Black Pearl: A Tribute to Josephine Baker will take place Saturday, June 3, at 8 p.m. at the theater, 4450 N. Clark St.
The $50 ticket includes a private reception preceding the performance and premium seating. Proceeds benefit The Legacy Project, which educates the public about the many roles LGBT people have played in the advancement of world history and culture.
