Steppenwolf Theatre Company is presenting the Chicago premiere production of Familiar, written by Danai Gurira (actress from TV’s The Walking Dead; the films Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War; and Broadway’s Eclipsed) and directed by Danya Taymor.
Familiar begins previews on Nov. 15, with the opening being Nov. 26 at 7 p.m. and the production running through Jan. 13, 2019, in the Downstairs Theatre, 1650 N. Halsted St.
